AVOT Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the AVOT mobile application (“App”). This policy explains how we handle your information.

We collect only what’s necessary:
Contact Info: Name, email, phone number
Ride Data: Pickup/drop-off locations (GPS)
App Usage: Device type, IP address, crash reports
Driver Info: Vehicle/license details (if applicable)
2. How We Use Your Data
Provide and improve transportation services
Send ride confirmations and safety alerts
Process payments securely
SMS Messages: Only for ride updates or account security
3. Data Sharing – Critical Compliance Update
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Strict No-Sharing Policy for SMS Data:
“No mobile information (including phone numbers) will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
Limited Exceptions:
Drivers: See only your pickup location
Required by Law: Court orders or safety emergencies
4. SMS/Text Messaging
Transactional Messages: Ride updates (required)
Promotional Messages: Only if you opt-in (reply STOP to cancel)
No Marketing Sharing: We never give your number to advertisers

We use bank-level encryption for all data.
